The Patent Pending Arisaka Inline Scout® Mount is designed specifically for the SureFire® Scout Light M600 and M300 series weapon lights, the Arisaka 300 and 600 Series Lights, and the Streamlight Protac Rail Mount 1 and 2. It replaces the stock Picatinny rail adapter with a low profile mount for KeyMod™ handguards. The mount is especially useful on handguards that feature 45 degree angle mounting flats, such as the Bravo Company KMR, Knight's Armament URX 4, MI Gen 3 and Mega MKM. This new version is made of 7075 aluminum for superior strength and uses BCM®'s patented inverted KeyMod™ screws with twin recoil lugs for easier installation and a solid connection to your handguard.

When used on a 45 degree angle mounting flat, the Inline Scout Mount allows the user to position the light closer or farther away from the top 12 o'clock rail to give clearance for front sights or other accessories. Three positions are provided, allowing an offset of 0.12" to either side of center. The base of the SureFire® Scout Light sits only 0.20" above the KeyMod™ or M-LOK® mounting surface, making it the thinnest inline style mount on the market.

Installation tip: In order to reduce the overall length of the mount as much as possible, it is necessary to unscrew the tail cap of the light to access the front-most mounting screw.

Compatibility with front sights varies depending on mounting location on handguards with 45 degree flats:

1. Top left 45 degree flat: Most sights work, including MBUS Pro, Knight's Armament Micro, Troy folding, and Diamondhead. MBUS Gen II work if positioned to allow clearance for the release tab.

2. Top right 45 degree flat: Due to the asymmetrical body of the SureFire® Scout Light, placement of the front sight and light are more critical in this setup. The smaller sights like MBUS Pro and Knight's Armament Micro work fine, but the Troy, Diamondhead, and MBUS Gen II will not be able to clear the main body where the screw holes reside for the stock picatinny adapter. This means one or the other will have to be moved forward/back to get appropriate clearance. Another option is to use an Arisaka 300 Series Light Body or 600 Series Light Body, which will allow plenty of clearance.

Compatible with SureFire M300A, M300B, M300C, M600B, M600C, M600P, M600U, M600V, M600DF, Streamlight Protac Rail Mount 1 and 2, and Arisaka 300 and 600 Series. The Streamlight Protac Rail Mount HL-X is not compatible because the body is longer and covers one mounting screw.

The mount is CNC machined from 7075 aluminum and MIL-A-8625 Type III hard coat anodized. Includes necessary screws to attach light body to mount. Requires a T15 Torx and 5/64" Allen wrench for installation (not included). SureFire® AA Scouts are not compatible because the bodies are longer and cover the mounting screws. BCM® KeyMod™ screws are covered under US Patent 9377274. Made in the USA.

    Great piece of gear

    Really tucks the Scout or Protac line of lights up close on the keymod KMR rail. Keeps the rifle streamlined. I run this with a Protac 1L on my KMR and its fantastic!

    Mini mount

    Perfect Fit

    This is my first experience with a keymod mount for a scout light. I use a gear sector mount on my BCM EAG upper. I like the gear sector mount, but it was a tight fit with the pressure switch I run at 12:00.

    The Arisaka mount provides an additional mounting hole left and right of the center line mounting holes. These additional holes allow you to offset the light either right or left of the center line holes on the mount. This was just enough room to give me perfect clearance with the pressure switch.

    Perfect mount for a mini-scout

    I was upgrading from an old qd mount for a Surefire 6P. This mount works great on my KMR-A rail mounted at 11 o'clock. The adjustment was perfect to clear my MBUS front sight. Well made, light weight, awesome.

    Minor slop

    This is a very nice mount. I used it for an arisaka m600 clone with a malkoff head. There is a little lateral slop in the keymod but everything seems secure with the screws tightened firmly. The ability to move the light slightly off of the centerline of the mount is a good innovation.

    What I was looking for.

    I couldn't find a comfortable grip with my scout on my SBR. This made it work. BCM KMR 10" on an 11.5" barrel.

    This mount is exactly what I was looking for. Something low profile, lightweight, and ultimately, cost effective. Great buy if you have a keymod rail and are looking for a way to mount your Surefire Scout.
