The Mod 3B latch extends past the main body of the charging handle by approximately 1.14".
The Mod 4B latch extends past the main body of the charging handle by approximately .91".
For comparison a USGI handle latch extended past the main body of the charging handle by approximately .85"


Compatible with Mil-Spec AR-15 Direct Impingement Weapon Systems.

    Great value, improved handle over OEM .

    These fit my needs perfectly, An improved CH at a decent price. I had some spare uppers that needed 7075 CH's... the Mod 4B offered improved grip over a OEM CH... and from a trusted manufacturer.

    A solid design

    The gunfighter charging handle series is the original modernized and improved t-handle, and though there are more extreme and expensive designs out there, this is still a great choice. I prefer the medium model, as it is big enough for easy use with winter gloves, it isn’t so big it becomes a menace to snagging.

    Charging Handle

    Excellent piece of gear. Since recently purchasing a BCM carbine upper and BCG, I decided to go with the BCM Charging Handle after watching a Sootch00 video. This replaces a stock handle that had been modified with an extended paddle. The extended paddle was stabbing me in the chest or hanging up on the plate carrier so needed replacement. I was worried the smaller BCM Medium handle would be harder to "find" and acquire grip on, especially with the close proximity of my optics. Fortunately this is not the case, just takes some practice to develop a good technique. The handle shaft moves smoothly and does not bind when operated "single-side grasp". Overall, a very worthwhile purchase.
